At Frontera we understand the challenges truckers and trucking companies face everyday. In fact, our company was founded by truckers, people with actual experience out there, on the road. Our office staff all hold CDL's and have many years of experience behind the wheel and on the job, so we know what it's like, we've been there.
Our Commitments to Carriers and Drivers :
Carriers will be treated as partners of our business, they are our lifeblood. Without carriers, we have nothing.
Carriers shall be treated in a professional, courteous manner, and always be respected with honesty and fair compensation.
We will always be upfront on our rates, and always provide the most accurate load information we have. We will make sure carriers are compensated for going above and beyond the norm.
We will always be available for our carriers and drivers, 24/7. We will assist drivers any way we can, we are always here to help.
We will pay settlements in a timely manner, and follow up if there is any delay in funding.
WHAT WE ASK OF OUR CARRIERS
Always call us at pickup, enroute daily and at delivery, notify us of any problems immediately.
If there are any changes in the load, contact us immediately, before you load. We can only make adjustments to rates before the driver leaves the shipper. It is difficult to negotiate for a rate adjustment once the load is on the road.
Please get signed paperwork to us promptly, the quicker we get it, the quicker we will pay you. We want you to get paid as soon as possible.
